Who is responsible

What we collect
When you order: your name, phone number, optional email, delivery address, preferred date and comment. When you send a wholesale request: company name, type of business, contact person, phone number, optional email, website, country, city and what you write about your needs.
Why we use it
To confirm and deliver your order, to answer your request and prepare an offer, and to keep the records that accounting and tax rules require. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis
You give us this data to place an order or to ask for an offer. We process it in line with the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Protection of Personal Data.
Who receives it
Our staff who handle orders and requests, our hosting provider, and the email and messaging services we use for internal notifications. Google receives anonymous visit statistics through Google Analytics. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives visit and shopping events through the Meta Pixel, so we can measure and show our ads.
Cookies and statistics
A cart cookie keeps your cart for 30 days and is needed for the shop to work. Google Analytics (visit statistics) and the Meta Pixel (measuring our advertising: page views, product views, cart and order events) are only active with your consent. You give or refuse it in the banner on your first visit, and you can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer; declining removes the cookies they set. Visitors in Armenia are measured without the banner, and can also switch this off with "Cookie settings". To decide whether to ask for your consent first, our server looks up the country of your IP address; the address is not stored for this purpose.
How long we keep it
Orders: as long as accounting and tax rules require. Wholesale requests: as long as we are in contact about them, then they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent by writing to info@tisok.am. You can also contact the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of Armenia.
